METHODOLOGY
Meta Team gives team coaches a proven methodology for assessing how a team is performing, identifying where development is needed and creating a targeted pathway for improvement. At the centre of the methodology is the Team Performance Profiler, which provides a data-led view of how the team is performing across its Inner and Outer Game. Rather than taking a broad approach to team development, the Profiler identifies the specific behaviours and constraints affecting performance, allowing coaches to focus the work where it can have the greatest impact. The insights are then translated into targeted Meta Team Workouts, giving teams a practical way to apply the learning to real business situations and build stronger performance habits over time.

Meet Linda Berlot
The CEO of Linda Berlot Group, a premier team coaching firm in the Middle East, Linda partners with C-suite leadership teams to drive alignment, enhance team dynamics, and accelerate team performance.
Linda is a strategic leadership team coach and culture transformation specialist with over 20 years of experience in learning, development, and organisational change.
She is the CRR Global Faculty Development Director and a CRR Global partner, licensed to operate an ICF-accredited coach training school in the GCC, shaping the region’s top team coaches in the ORSC systems coaching methodology.
After more than two decades of working with teams, Linda has developed a deep trust in her experience and her ability to understand what is happening within a team. Over the years, however, her clients began asking an increasingly important question:
